Who operates this service
Director Disqualification is operated by Blue Oceans Marketing Ltd, company number 14812727, registered office 86-90 Paul Street, London, England, EC2A 4NE. The intended public contact address is hello@directordisqualification.co.uk. The mailbox still requires configuration and testing before launch.
Anonymous matching
The five answers are held in the page while you complete the questionnaire. We do not save incomplete answers to the service’s request database. Matching runs using the researched shortlist, without an AI service or contacting a law firm.
When you submit a request
We save your first name, email, five answers, the firms shown and their matching reasons, your selected firm for an introduction, request type, reference, timestamp and confirmation. We also save available campaign attribution, such as UTM parameters and advertising click identifiers, and the version of the matching rules.
We do not ask for a telephone number, company name, home address, documents, financial amounts or a detailed account of allegations. Please do not send these to us. A solicitor can collect the information it needs directly.
How a request is used
An introduction request authorises us to use your submitted information to check whether your selected firm can help and arrange an introduction. Emailing your shortlist does not authorise contact with any law firm. Your email is only for your request, not marketing.
In this private review version, completed submissions are labelled as tests. No email is sent and no firm is contacted. Request and notification records are stored in the site’s managed database for testing.
Measurement and cookies
Optional analytics and advertising measurement are off in the private version. The integration is prepared to request a separate choice before loading optional measurement. The questionnaire, result details and contact panel are marked for masking. Funnel events contain event names only, without your name, email, answers or selected firm.
The website can save your cookie preference in your browser. The anonymous questionnaire does not use browser storage to retain your answers. If advertising measurement is later enabled with your choice, successful submissions can report an event and a request reference for deduplication. No contact details or qualification answers are included.
